- 140,000 S.F. of exterior 8” & 9” exterior wall panels and spandrel panels with an acid etch finish replicating sandstone forming the outside walls of a 38 story structure.
- Nearly 800 pieces all erected at night. All panels engineered to span column to column without introducing loading to the floor edges. Panels designed with post tensioning to help control cracking
- Window panels were fabricated and then glazed at plant prior to
installation saving the owner many thousands of dollars. Panels were
transported to jobsite without any cracking or damage to window frames or
glass.
Panels were installed using bolted connections in lieu of welded connections
allowing for more tolerance, thermal movement, and ease of installation
