RTD Lincoln				RTD-Lincoln Parking Facility is part of the transportation expansion (T-Rex) project.  The multi-level parking facility will provide over 1,700 parking spaces and will serve the Lincoln avenue light rail station and park-n-ride which are located on the west side of I-25.  This station and park-n-ride facility will server commuters from Parker, Highlands Rach, Castle Rock, Colorado Springs and other destinations outside the metro are. Over 1,800 pieces of precast concrete were cast to build this 6 level, 1,700 car parking garage structure which incorporates some of the newest parking details developed by RMP, in order to provide a more durable structure with less steel connections exposed to weather. Punched interior precast shear walls in lieu of solid precast shear walls provide an open and safe environment for parking customers.
